Job summary

Williams College Children's Center is hiring a full-time, year-round Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality early childhood education at the Main Campus in Williamstown, MA.

The successful candidate will respond to children's interests, collaborate with staff on project-based emergent curriculum, and participate in school-wide inquiry and professional development, while supporting a diverse community of families and children.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with early childhood education.
• Passion for and knowledge of early education and care principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
• A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with experience in an early care setting is preferred but not required.
• Candidates must meet the teacher certification requirements established by the Department of Early Education and Care, or be able to obtain within 12 months with coursework covered by Williams.
