Our purpose-built centre is equipped with a veranda, alfresco eating facilities, and a unique play area with various adventure-based equipment. We place a strong emphasis on sustainability and agriculture - we have vegetable gardens, and a worm farm.

Our centre has formed very strong connections with local businesses and organisations as part of our Community Links program., including: Paint the Westside REaD, Salvation Army, Via Dance, Little Tennis Stars, and the local library. Come and join us in our next adventure.

The Opportunity:

Develop and executecaptivating programs tailored to each child's unique interests and needs.

Foster a warm,inclusive environment where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered toexplore.

Maintain open channelsof communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child'sprogress and addressing any concerns with care.

Collaborate seamlesslywith fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.

Continuously assesschildren's development, adjusting teaching strategies based on their evolvingneeds.

You:

Hold a Bachelor ofEarly Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.

Bring expertise inEYLF, NQF, and Child Safety to the table.

Demonstrate a deepunderstanding of child development and effective teaching methods.

Shine in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningfulconnections with children, families, and colleagues.

Have a proven trackrecord of creating vibrant, engaging learning environments.
