Encompass in Wisconsin is seeking a Child Care Teacher to provide high-quality early learning experiences that support children's growth across physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and developmental domains. The role uses the HighScope curriculum and related assessment practices to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes belonging and well-being.

Competenze

• Must be registered with or eligible to register with The Registry, Wisconsin's Recognition System for the ECE Profession.
• Lead Educators must meet the education requirements by DCF/NAEYC.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications including Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED, Abusive Head Trauma Prevention, and mandated reporter trainings.
• Prior experience in an early childhood education setting is required.
• Experience with HighScope or Conscious Discipline is preferred.
• Experience in a NAEYC-accredited program is preferred.
