• Has experience working with young children and some coursework in early childhood, education (or a related field). CPL 1,2 or 3 noted in OCCRRA.
• Ready to lend a helping hand and work as a team.
• Supports families through daily communication and engagement.
• Joins in on fun- singing and dancing.
• Commits to watching students grow through the whole year (longevity).
• Provides social and emotional support and healthy relationships.
