KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Teacher in New Jersey to implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and partner with families to deliver high-quality early education. The role focuses on supporting enrollment and engagement while upholding standards for child care and education.

You will collaborate with center staff to achieve goals, build strong relationships with families and licensing authorities, and contribute to a positive learning environment for children.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organization.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
