• Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom following health and safety standards.
• Patience, empathy, and genuine interest in supporting young children’s growth and learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversees supervision and daily class functions for a group of children.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assesses each child’s developmental needs and progress.
• Implements lesson plans and daily schedule in line with Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Plans parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations with Leadership Team.
• Maintains an attractive, orderly classroom environment that fosters exploration and decision-making.
• Provides positive reinforcement and clear expectations for behavior.
• Handles housekeeping duties of classroom, common areas, and playgrounds.
• Attends staff meetings and school events as required.
• Upholds professional appearance per Employee Handbook.
