Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor teachers in a classroom setting. You will implement the curriculum, create a safe learning environment, and partner with families to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

The role requires an active CDA credential or progress toward NAEYC candidacy, plus 2–3 years of ECE experience. State trainer credentials and CPR/First Aid are preferred. This is a hands-on, on-site position in Washington.

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Capable of multi-tasking and handling multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to fit the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
