The Learning Experience #246 is seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to lead a classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for children. You will drive instruction using the LEAP curriculum and engage families to share progress and milestones through digital updates.

• Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements.

• Be responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for children.
• Use your passion for learning to implement the proprietary LEAP curriculum using engaging characters to drive the curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements through apps and personal discussions.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
