• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and child abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and educational practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Dependability, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
