Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is a leading early childhood education provider with centers nationwide. As a Teacher, you will implement the curriculum, create a safe, nurturing space, and partner with families to foster exceptional care and education for each child.

You will collaborate with center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
