KinderCare Learning Companies in the United States is seeking a Teacher to support children's learning and development across our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and connect with families.

You'll collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals, while upholding high standards of care. This role offers meaningful daily impact and opportunities for growth within a nationwide network.

Qualificações

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, indoors or outdoors.
• Able to assume postures in low levels to supervise children and engage in activities.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support care and education.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
