KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to support young learners across our nationwide network. You will implement curriculum, create a safe, nurturing classroom, and partner with families to deliver exceptional care and education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that supports the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
