KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe space for children to learn, and partner with parents to ensure each child’s growth and well-being.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Aufgaben

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
