KinderCare is seeking an energetic Teacher to implement our curriculum with attention to each child's unique needs. You will create a safe, nurturing space for play and learning and partner with parents to support their child's care and education.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate in English with families. You will collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement objectives.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications if needed.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English for communication with children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
