KinderCare Education is seeking a passionate Teacher to support early learners at our Anchorage centers. You will assist with implementing curriculum, support state Pre-K requirements, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service is essential.
• Knowledge of state Pre-K guidelines is required.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate with children and parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with implementing KinderCare's curriculum and state Pre-K requirements.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center success by helping with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
