Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing space for children, and collaborate with parents to ensure the best care and education.

You will work with center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals while building relationships with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by helping enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
