Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support early education across its centers. You will implement curriculum tailored to each child, creating a safe and nurturing space for learning and growth, while partnering with parents to deliver exceptional care and education.

You will contribute to center-wide goals, collaborating with staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement, ensuring a positive impact on children and families served.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support the center’s goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
