Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to directly support children and families across our network. You will implement the curriculum in a way that honors each child’s unique needs and create a safe, nurturing classroom environment for learning and play.

You will partner with parents and center staff to drive enrollment and engagement while upholding state licensing standards and delivering exceptional early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support the center’s success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
