KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational abilities, and multitasking across multiple situations.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
