Job summary

Bright Horizons is hiring for an in-person teaching role at our Trumbull, CT center. You will work with infants and toddlers, delivering developmentally appropriate activities and comprehensive supervision in a supportive classroom environment.

You will collaborate with families, document milestones, and pursue growth opportunities including the Horizons CDA & Degree Program, with access to college-level coursework at no cost.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• College-level early education coursework or CDA is required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
