Bright Horizons is hiring a Teacher in the Indianapolis area for full-time in-person preschool settings. You will deliver engaging curricula, supervise children, and report milestones to families, all while adhering to safety policies.

We offer opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost, plus comprehensive benefits and growth support. Competitive pay in the $17.20–$23.20 hourly range, with performance- and location-based considerations.

Qualificações

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• Minimum age 18 with high school diploma or GED.
• College coursework in early childhood education or CDA preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.

Responsabilidades

• Create hands-on activities aligned with children's needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom following procedures and guidelines.
• Provide coverage across centers or nearby locations as needed.
