Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• High school diploma or GED required (age 18+).
• Must meet State of WI teacher qualifications: EC1/EC2/Infant-Toddler classes OR AA/BA in ECE or CDA.
• College-level coursework in ECE, CDA, or related degree preferred.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience in child care/preschool preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities for children.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom following established procedures.
