Job Description

Assistant Teachers provide a nurturing and educational environment for children, reporting to the Director/Assistant Director.

Hours

Up to 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, between 7:00am - 6:00pm. Schedule may vary based on operational needs. Overtime may occur due to licensing regulations.

Qualifications
  • 18 years of age
  • Successful background check and fingerprinting
  • CPR & First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
Education/Certification

Minimum: High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Current CDA, Associate or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education.

  • Experience in early childhood settings

Physical and Mental Demands
  • Maintain visual observation of children
