New Horizon Academy in Richfield, MN is hiring Childcare Teachers to join our team in multiple rooms. This role offers an hourly wage with a clear path to growth and the opportunity to inspire young learners every day.

Eligible applicants must have 16 qualifying credits or a CDA, and be able to work a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications

• 16 qualifying credits or a CDA required.
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday.
• Positive work ethic and team-centered attitude.
