KinderCare Education LLC is looking for dedicated teachers to implement our curriculum and create a safe, nurturing learning environment in our centers. You will collaborate with parents and staff to deliver high-quality care and education for children.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to stay organized while multi-tasking.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center's success; collaborate with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Foster positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
