You will implement age-appropriate curricula, foster a safe and inclusive classroom, and build strong connections with families and school staff to promote children's success and well-being.

Qualifications

• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be physically active indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
