KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking caring teachers to implement our curriculum in line with each child's unique needs. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment while partnering with parents to deliver high-quality care and education.

As part of a dedicated team, you will support center goals around enrollment and accreditation, building positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners across neighborhoods nationwide.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
