KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to support young learners across our classrooms. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with the unique needs of each child, creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with families and center staff to enroll, engage, and help children reach their potential. The role offers growth opportunities in a supportive community and aligns with our mission to provide high-quality early

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English to communicate with children and families.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
