Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to deliver our curriculum and create a safe, engaging classroom for young learners. You will work closely with families to support each child's growth, and you will collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications for the role or obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
