KinderCare is seeking energetic teachers to implement our curriculum, creating a safe and nurturing classroom where children can explore and learn. You will partner with parents to ensure high-quality care and education, while supporting center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

You will build positive relationships with families and staff, participate in program enhancements, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative work environment that values every learner.

Qualifications

• State-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English literacy to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center's enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals with staff and leadership.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
