Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support children's learning in our classrooms. You will implement the curriculum, create a safe and nurturing environment, and partner with families to provide the best care.

You'll work with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment and accreditation goals while building positive relationships with families and the community. Equal Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and well-being.
• Support center success by working with staff to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
