Job summary

KinderCare Education is looking for dedicated teachers to support children’s learning journeys in our classrooms across our centers. You’ll implement our curriculum while creating a safe, nurturing space for kids to explore and grow, and you’ll actively partner with families to ensure the highest level of care and education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
