KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support children's learning across our classrooms. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.

This role emphasizes outstanding customer service, meeting state qualifications, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds. You will work with a supportive team to help every child reach their highest potential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
