KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking educators to join our team as Teachers. You will implement our curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs, creating a safe and nurturing classroom where kids can learn through play.

You will partner with families to ensure high-quality care and education. You will support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and build positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
