Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a child care setting or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree accepted in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Support Teacher Associate II in implementing activities aligned to curriculum.
• Conduct one-on-one and small group activities during instruction and review.
• Guide children who need extra support to complete tasks; follow instructions.
• Communicate openly with families, team members, and supervisors; participate in meetings.
