Base Pay Range

$11.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Summary

The Teacher Assistant supports teachers and the director by helping create a caring and safe environment for children and assisting with activities to enhance care and education quality. The role requires good communication, listening skills, and teamwork. Responsibilities include implementing educational programs, observing and documenting children’s interests and progress, and fostering positive relationships with children and parents. The Teacher Assistant implements developmentally appropriate activities based on children’s needs under supervision.
