Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC in Candia, NH is seeking an energetic Infant Care Assistant to support teachers and directors in daily activities, helping infants grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively.

You will implement activities, communicate with parents, model hygiene, and help with transitions from home to child care, while following policies and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

About This Role

Ensures a nurturing and engaging environment for infants by supporting teachers and directors in daily activities, fostering a safe and caring atmosphere that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Collaborates with the team to develop and implement activities that meet the unique needs and interests of each child, and effectively communicates with parents regarding their child's progress and interests. Under the guidance of the teacher and director, designs and executes activities that align with developmentally appropriate practices, allowing infants to grow and thrive in a supportive and stimulating environment.
