• Having a clear understanding of our school mission and values, and using these as the foundation for all planning, education and activity.

• Communicating regularly and effectively with parents, peers and leadership on school and student issues, progress, challenges, successes.

• Evaluating student performance, social development, behavior, health and intellectual growth, reporting on these periodically and as scheduled by your department head through school-defined systems and processes.

• Planning and conducting parent-teacher conferences during designated periods and as otherwise needed.

• Having knowledge of student and faculty handbooks and other school policies and enforcing within school guidelines.

• Other responsibilities and activities as directed by the Head of School and Early Childhood Division Head.
