Onward Education is seeking a full-time, in-person Early Childhood Teacher to support an inclusive classroom in Lake County, Illinois for the 2026-2027 school year. Start date ASAP with End date 06/03/2027 and a 37.5 hour work week (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

This role requires collaboration with general education staff to foster a positive learning environment for all students. Applicants must hold an Illinois PEL with EC endorsement and have experience in inclusive settings.

• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Help create a supportive classroom culture that promotes social interaction and positive behavior
• Communicate regularly with families and support staff regarding student development
