Port City Kids is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic and caring team. This PPT role in Gladstone, QLD will see you play a pivotal part in shaping the educational and developmental journeys of our youngest learners.
What you’ll be doing
Provide a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters children’s physical, social, emotional and cognitive development
Effectively communicate with parents/guardians to build strong partnerships and support each child’s learning and wellbeing
Comply with all early childhood education regulations, policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and safety
Participate in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your teaching practice
Collaborate with the wider childcare team to contribute to the overall success of the Centre
What we’re looking for
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing engaging educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle the diverse responsibilities of the role
Genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of young learners
