We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Sports Coach! Our coaches lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, preschool teacher, elementary school teacher, camper, or leader) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone interested in early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and earn from $20 to $40 per hour.

Requirements

The Schedule:

The majority of classes occur in the mornings or early afternoons. The ideal candidate would have availability during some of the following times:

• Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm
• Weekends: 9:00am-12:00pm

Note: You do not need availability during all these times; we will work together to determine a suitable schedule.

The Locations:

• Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches may need to travel from 5 minutes up to an hour to reach a class location. Admin staff will coordinate to assign coaches to nearby locations.
• Coaches are expected to arrive 15 minutes before classes start and are paid for 15 minutes before and after each shift (total 30 minutes extra per shift).

• Part-time position
• Hours range from 5 to 20 hours per week
• Coaches are responsible for sports equipment

Patience is key for success in this role. We teach sports, nutrition, and muscle groups to children aged 2-8 using fun activities.
