Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and/or Special Education is required.
• Three (3) years of experience in inclusive early education settings.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site consultation and support to Center Manager, Family Support Advocates, parents, and teaching staff regarding early education services.
• Works with individuals and teams to improve teaching practices and family engagement.
• Conducts classroom observations to ensure curriculum implementation and developmentally appropriate practice.
• Adds children to ASQ online and oversees timely completion of screenings and referrals.
• Collaborates with community organizations and LEA to recruit children with disabilities and special needs.
