Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a minimum of a Childhood Development Associate (CDA) Credential with an Infant/Toddler endorsement, or TCC, TCD or higher degree in Early Childhood Education such as an Associate's or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education or very closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
• Assess safety of classrooms and outdoor play areas before activities.
• Maintain classroom organization to support learning, eating, resting and play.
• Provide a daily schedule of activities and monitor attendance and head counts.
• Ensure staff-to-child ratios are maintained and assist with transitions to feeder schools.
