What You Will Be Doing

• Guide young learners to become captains of their own educational journey, helping them set meaningful goals and celebrate achievements along the way
• Deliver expert instruction in emotional intelligence and foundational reading skills, collaborating with our specialized Reading team
• Create an immersive learning environment where hands-on experiences spark curiosity and build resilience
• Embrace and leverage AI-powered educational tools that prepare students for a technology-enhanced future

Early Childhood Specialist Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Ready to join our vibrant in-person community at our Austin, TX campus
• Bachelor's degree in any field (we value diverse educational backgrounds)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with children ages 4-8 in educational settings, after-school programs, sports coaching, or similar environments
• Demonstrated success implementing growth mindset principles and high-performance coaching techniques
• Genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI and emerging technologies into the learning experience
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
  
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
