The Ideal Instructor MUST Meet The Following Criteria

• Responsible: Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 12 children, keeps accurate attendance, distributes end of season prizes and certificates of completion, communicates well with Soccer Shots leadership team.
• Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with parents and facility staff, self-assured and confident.
• Enthusiastic: Enjoys interacting with young children (2–8 years old), connecting with them and making the class the best 30-45 minutes of their week. Outgoing and animated, able to be silly with children.
• Experience: Soccer experience is preferred but not required. Able to engage and interact with up to twelve 2-8 year olds.
• Reliable & Committed: Willing to commit to your set schedule for each 8-11 week season.
• Self-sufficient, Communicative, and Responsive: Good communication and feedback are necessary. Responsive within 24 hours to leadership communications. Able to keep on schedule and maintain effective communication.
• Transportation/License: Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Eligibility: Able to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
• High School Diploma.
