HBMPAA is seeking a Site Supervisor in San Diego, CA to lead day-to-day operations at an early childhood education site. You will ensure compliance with Title 5/22, licensing, and program standards while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children from infancy through kindergarten.

You will supervise Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Volunteers, and Interns and support enrollment, family engagement, and program quality.

Formación

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education or closely related field.
• Completion of required Infant/Toddler coursework (minimum six semester units).
• Valid California Child Development Site Supervisor Permit or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Minimum of five years' professional experience in an early childhood education or preschool environment.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/lead experience in an ECE setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct leadership and oversight of daily site operations.
• Maintain required licenses, postings, and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor staff-to-child ratios and safety standards.
• Coach and evaluate Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Volunteers, and Interns.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with HBMPAA program objectives and standards.
• Engage families and support enrollment activities.
• Coordinate with licensing representatives during visits and inspections.
