Healthy Beginnings East in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an Early Childhood Program Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish or Creole). The role oversees program coordination, ELC referral processes, and Safe Sleep operations, while supporting the Director of Prevention Services and Navigation Department tasks.

You will supervise staff, monitor trends, and collaborate with leaders to strengthen referrals and ensure timely family access to services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business or related Human Services field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in early childhood, maternal and child health, social services, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and/or Creole required; strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse families.

# Early Childhood Program Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish or Creole)Healthy Beginnings East - WPB - West Palm Beach, FL 33406## Description**Position Overview:** The Early Childhood Program Manager oversees the coordination, implementation, and performance of early childhood programs, including the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) referral process and Safe Sleep operations. This individual is responsible for assisting the Director of Prevention Services with ensuring effective, family-centered service delivery. This role supports Navigation Department services such as safe sleep resources, payor assistance, medical home connections, and food access, while serving as the primary liaison to the ELC.
