Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with families and young children.
• Knowledge of child development, family dynamics and postnatal topics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities.
• Integrate early literacy into daily activities.
• Conduct community outreach to families.
• Provide families with resources and referrals (Welcome Baby visits).
• Support transitions into kindergarten.
• Register new families and collect required data (including ASQ screenings).
• Complete monthly reports and oversee communications like a newsletter or social media outreach.
