Job summary

Children of America is seeking an Assistant School Director in Warrenton, VA to lead a talented team of educators and support staff across infant to school age programs. You will work under senior leadership to execute our educational programming and ensure compliant operations.

The role requires a minimum associate or bachelor’s in early childhood education, 2–4 years of leadership, 2 years in licensed childcare, and strong organizational and tech skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's in Early Childhood Education or CDA.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience.
• 2+ years in a licensed childcare facility.
• Advanced knowledge in early childhood education.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.
