Job summary

City of Little Rock is seeking a temporary, grant-funded role to support Local Leads with day-to-day operational, administrative and early childhood program support for providers, families and children in Little Rock. The role assists with CLASS-related processes and helps ensure smooth coordination of materials and communications.

The position requires an Associate’s degree in Early childhood education or related field and 1–3 years of experience in early childhood programs or family

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Early childhood education or related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in early childhood programs, family engagement or related field.
• At least 1 year of computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational, administrative and early childhood program support for providers, families and children in the City of Little Rock.
• Assist with CLASS-related processes.
• Coordinate materials and communications to support program delivery.
• Contribute to community and provider engagement efforts.
